It is indeed - it comes from "Noddy Has an Adventure". Well done, Courtenay. (I wonder if any milk roundsmen still shout "Milko!". I can't say that I ever actually heard one do so.)

Ah yes — I knew it was from one of the ones we had when I was little. In fact, Noddy Has an Adventure was the first full-length Noddy book I ever read.
