Gosh, I'd forgotten about this one altogether. I'll have a think about it, but I'm having internet trouble at the moment and may not be able to get online much, so I won't be upset if someone thinks of a new riddle and posts before I get to it.

I am a single man. I am in charge of a small town and get very annoyed when a set of children try to outwit me - usually successfully. I am sure I would have had some promotion by now if it wasn't for them!
