Which do you prefer?
A wee twist on the "Who do you prefer?" string: an opportunity to choose from two options, and perhaps say why.
All the options should of course be in Enid's works, but after that anything goes. For example locations, food, time of the year, predicaments......an opportunity to use our imaginations! NB. Characters are not allowed because they already feature in the "Who...." string.
When setting a new choice you can either add one new option or set two new options.
Here's are the first two options:
The Secret Island or Kirrin Island (You can't choose both! )

Oh I'd forgotten all about Willow Farm. Another book to read again!
Willow House: cosy, and perhaps all children go through a phase where they would like to build their own hidey-hole, tree-house, tent etc. Ming?
Also Willow House simply because it's on thr magical Secret Island.
Willow House or Fatty's shed (cosy in a completely different sort of way!)?

Mentally I go for lemonade, because it featured so often in Enid's books (including Fatty's shed).
That said, in life I drink orangeade much more often than lemonade. As we're on the EB forums I'll go for lemonade.
Lemonade or three weeks on a caravan holiday down sleepy country lanes, never knowing whether an adventure might be just around the corner......

Solving a mystery at Malory Towers sounds wizard!
Which would you prefer to discover?
a) a colony of Great Auks living on a remote island,
b) a cave of treasures hidden by pirates or smugglers long ago.
