Diary of a Wimpy Kid is one of the most requested books in the Library at work. So much so that all of our copies are out. They get popular very quickly, and with boys and girls; which can be a rare thing.

By on large, after all, you get a mixture of boys books and girls books. I've not actually read any of the books myself but I'm glad that it's got an universal appeal.

Anything that keeps kids reading I say.
"You're so sharp you'll cut yourself one day!" Hunchy said going to the door
"So my Mother told me that when I was two years old!" said Julian and the others giggled.

I haven't read any of the books yet but I am planning to. I caught the first movie as I am a fan of Chloe Grace Moretz. These books are always out of the library when I check for them but I'm not in a huge hurry to read them as I have so many other books I want to read first.

I love Diary of a Wimpy Kid. As Stef said they're immensely popular in the libraries - I've not been able to find a single copy available in school - someone always has it. My friend bought the first two books, so I was able to read those - and my older brother, who hates reading, devoured them immediately.

I've only read one, Dog Days. Someone left it at my workplace so I picked it up out of curiousity. I've got to say it was laugh-out-loud brilliant. I must get some more of them. :D
