What about Gatewood Barn? Gatewood being where the cast of the 1978 TV series stayed during filming, & featured in some of the latter episodes. A fitting tribute to your F5 heroes on screen! :D

I have seen a picture of a little castle model in the middle of a pond in the wikipedia (it was a town in Danmark). Maybe this could be something for ducks. ;-)

Tauri Hessia? That'd give the postman a bit of a shock.

Congratulations on the purchase. It's always great to fulfill a dream.

I always loved that word! Somehow 'Trippers' has a way of sounding much more obnoxious, noisy, and unwelcome than just 'visitors' or 'holiday makers' etc :D
'Oh voice of Spring of Youth
hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'

(E. Blyton, Sunday Times, 1951)

How about using Trippers' Folly? I still use the word to this day!
