I love all the Ming & Moonraker banter. :D Looking at the title of the thread, if Ming is the "computer upgrade" that makes Moonraker the "problem"!

Moonraker wrote:When I first made Ming's acquaitance, she was really cute. he had an air of vulnerabilty about her that was endearing. She looked up to me as a servant looks up to his master. Now the roles have reversed. She could well be my mistress, I am forever her most humble, obedient servant.
I completely missed the message! Only noticed Julie's language comment and didn't even see Moonraker's reply.

When I first made your acquaintance I was still female. Regarding servants and masters, the moderator icons of Fatty and Bets seem fitting - Bets looking down on Fatty and Fatty looking up.

I didn't realise that you have had a sex change. Do you like being a male?

Hell, I must read my replies twice before posting. You did say "HE had an air of..."

Was female then, am female now, and forever will remain so. They do say, after all, that the female of the species is more deadly than the male.

I stand admonished! A simple typo from a simple male.

Glad you are still radiant in your feminity! :D

This appeared on Paper 3 of the October 2005 IGCSE First Language English question paper.

Young people often have a close relationship with an elderly person. Describe the characteristics of a grandparent (real or imaginary) or any other elderly person whose company you enjoy.

I am writing this essay tomorrow, watch out, elderly person!

One little person is going to get such a slap when we next meet.

I don't know if the NSPCC operate in Bangladesh!

Talk about hijacking a thread we have moved a long way from the boast of a 24 incher!!

Not boasting, either.
S'funny how men like some things to be big but prefer other things to be small! Remember the huge mobile phones of yesteryear? The bigger the TV screen, the happier some are - the smaller the camera, the more they are pleased.

To me, Moonraker, it's about resolution. Especially since I'm getting into online role playing games.

All good clean fun, Tony. Where would we be :) without the cut and thrust of the Moonraker-Ming repartee?

Moonraker the Mentor? Well, why not... 8)

Moonraker the mental, methinks...

Speaking of resolution, I must make one - not to hijack threads, maybe?
