there aren't that many ACTIVE Indian people on here
It is strange (and possibly fortunate) that there aren't, as the message boards of the EBS and eb.net seem to be swamped with posts from Indian (SC) children.

Yes, I'd imagine he means the Indian Sub-Continent, meaning an area that includes India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
