It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

24 -- about normal for me. 2nd place but I know that won't last long because I took over 5 minutes...but then I can't be bothered to try and do the quiz fast. 8)

I got 15, which is fairly good for me, especially as I have to guess a lot!

16 for me. Obviously a difficult one this month as we all seem to be about the same.

I got 21 which is excellent for me. I was painfully slow though, but I'm still pleased with that score. 8)

Someone else used my Mr Lenoir quiz name unfortunately. I don't remember doing it anyway. :?

You are quite right, you haven't attempted the quiz this month. Your name has been used by TF Carthick several days after his/her own chart-topping entry and I can only assume that this is a blatant attempt to downgrade possible opposition on the leader board!

When others have seen this I will delete it so that you can have a go yourself in a few days time. Sorry about this, I thought this sort of problem was over as Sir Terry no longer attempts the quiz.

I just presumed TF Carthick was Sir Terence reincarnated. - which is why I don't take those high scores too seriously any more. I got my score of 24 legitimately - even if it only gets me into 18th place on the board. 8)

It's incredible that anyone would go to those lengths to cheat at a fun quiz for which no prizes are offered!

I just ought to add before anybody tells me that I am well aware that the person who is currently in positions 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the leader board has actually had 38 attempts at the quiz!!!!!

Just a thought, Tony! Can you remove me from the quiz participants? I feel truly ashamed of my result. I'll go back and do it after I have read all Enid Blyton's books. :-)
