Aren't they great, Nigel? I can thoroughly recommend them and excellent value at £3.18 each. :D

And even more profit to the Society, as I shall be collecting them in person, from the Cave! :D

Mine could scarcely have been acquired faster if I too had gone to the cave in person. The four booklets I ordered on Monday afternoon were waiting on my doorstep on wednesday morning. Superb service from the Cave postal staff (Ta Barney  ).

They really are superb looking. I haven't read any yet but they are of the same high standard as The Journal which is praise indeed. As others have said they come thoroughly recommended. Now I just need to be reminded when the next four hit the shop. :D

Thanks Tony.

Thanks for the list Tony. I see there are quite a number of publications sold out, which is obviously good news for you as you've covered your costs, but sad news for me, as I don't have most of them.

Obviously a lesson to be learned there:- she who hesitates misses out on something special.

I missed out too! Is there any chance of them being reprinted, or put into electronic format to buy?

Thank you so much to all who have bought the Sunny Stories booklets in the last ten days, if you haven't already got them they are all in the post and on their way. I hope you will all be pleased with them when they arrive, if so it makes all the hard work worthwhile. A special thanks to David Chambers, as without his hard work the whole venture would not be possible.

I certainly enjoyed my copies of the Sunny Stories booklets. They are truly splendid. I too look forward to November's second tranche. I've just got to remember to buy them.

Looks like mine arrived about half an hour ago. As our post usually comes around lunch time, I'd assumed I was getting anything today. Daren't open them yet though, or the family won't get their dinner on time. I know that once I start reading, I won't be able to stop.

John, if you remember to order the next issue of booklets, can you remind me to please? :D

What a terrific response! When I initially posted about the Sunny Stories booklets I had only sold eight sets. Now I only have eight sets left!! As a result, the factory has been busy and another booklet has already been completed and is sitting in the 'larder'. This is The Banished Pixie which has some super Dorothy Wheeler illustrations.

It has been a bumper week as we have welcomed eight new members in the last seven days. There are now only 36 copies of Journal 51 left, so things are looking up and at the rate we are currently going some who have been slow to resubscribe for Journal 51 may find that it is sold out when (and if) they get round to doing so as there are still 58 people who haven't yet done so.

Resubscription for Journal 52 is not quite as healthy as it is still under 50%. The resubscription rate for Journal 51 was 70% which is quite a bit up on recent issues.

That's very good news Tony. Looks like many of us were guilty of not quite getting around to ordering/resubscribing, rather then not being interested.
