You mustn't sign out then, Daisy. I always sign in and sign out.

I usually do need to enter the password Julie, even though I don't log out. From time to time I find I have to log in again so there must be some sort of time limit somewhere!

With Julie's 'Hazel Dene Cottage' about to reach its dramatic conclusion next Monday, I thought I would say a bit about what is coming next. Starting on Monday May 14th (hopefully!) we have:-

Still trialling other writers, but will eventually go back to reading a bit of Blyton! Just too many books...

No, these are not the ones by Pamela Cox. They have never been published as books, but they were actually written before Pamela Cox wrote her books.

These continuation novels can be found in The Secret Passage Abi.
I see the painting on the cover is by Trudi Newton, would that be her daughter, Tony?

Re: Weekly Serials - Malory Towers and Hazel Dene Cottage
Trudi is Lisa's sister, Julie. You probably remember from earlier in this thread that Lisa sadly died about three years ago, so her books were all written before Pamela Cox's books were even published. This book is the second book that she wrote about Malory Towers and there are a further two which I hope we may put up sometime in the future.
I am also hoping that sometime in the next few weeks that we will be able to add Bill's Diary 1947 to the Secret Passage. This will go on as a whole thing and won't be serialised. I have already read the rough version and I decided that it was just too long to go in the Journal as it would probably have to be done in four parts, so those Journal readers who are keen to read about Bill's Diary for The Valley of Adventure will be able to read it here instead.

A Malory Towers serial by Lisa Newton and Bill's Diary 1947, excellent; you are spoiling us again Tony.
Many thanks to Julie for her brilliant Mystery of Hazel Dene Cottage, I really enjoyed it and wish I could write anything half as good.

Great news about Bill's Diary. I enjoyed the one for Castle of Adventure so the edition for Valley, my favourite Blyton book, should be a treat.

Yes, great news to know about the forthcoming treats we have in store.
Oh and thank you Kate Mary, so pleased to hear you've been enjoying Hazel Dene Cottage. It's always nice to hear feed back.
