That's despicable, what that bloke did. Poor Julie.

Put yourself there, John, I'm sure Snubby will make room for you.

Re: New Weekly Serial
Another good chapter, Julie! I'm looking forward to finding out what happens next, which is always a good sign! I was quite surprised they were holidaying near to real-life places, though, as that doesn't often happen in Enid Blyton books!
Also interesting to have both Miss Pepper and Mrs Tickle in charge of proceedings! I'm sure the two will come to blows, lol!

An excellent second chapter, Julie.

I rather like that. We could almost do with a map, Malcolm Saville/Lone Pine style!I was quite surprised they were holidaying near to real-life places, though, as that doesn't often happen in Enid Blyton books!

Maybe not, Rob, but the story is mine, I'm only using Enid's characters.Rob Houghton wrote:Another good chapter, Julie! Re: New Weekly Serial
That's quite true, and I didn't mean it as a criticism. I'm usually too lazy to use real-life places in my stories...saves me having to describe them accurately, lol!

It finishes on April 10th Eddie..... if you have a next year's calendar it might be possible to work it out.
(Asking Julie is easier though.)

Re: New Weekly Serial
If you stretched it out to one chapter per fortnight, Julie — like Enid's original magazine serials — it would last a whole year.
