I stand with justice and the truth. Palestine will be free from the river to the sea.

Learn the history. Do research.

The hypocrisy, double standard, prejudice and bigotry own by some people is so obvious.Shame on them!

I have most of them, so I'd only want certain issues - but if it doesn't go too high, they would be a bargain. I never know with a buy it now price and auction, if the buy it now price acts as a reserve?

If you ever see any Mystery and Suspense Magazines - those are what I'd really like more of, as I only have one! :D
'Oh voice of Spring of Youth
hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'

No buy it now isn't the same as a reserve. Buy it now means whatever price it's offered for is what you pay instantly, a reserve is a price put on a higher value item to prevent it from selling too low, as if it doesn't reach the reserve price the seller isn't obliged to let it go. The reserve price is hidden from bidders so you've no idea what the seller has set it at, but as a reserve can't be lower than £50 you know you have to bid over that much at least.

Apart from the very first issue that's been on ebay for months at £100, I've never seen copies of Mystery and Suspense anywhere. I've seen the older magazines and Enchanted Lands but never that. Maybe there weren't many copies made? Or perhaps because it finished after just 10 issues people who had been buying it threw away the ones they did have seeing no point in keeping them if it wouldn't be continued?

Thanks IceMaiden. I thought that was maybe the case - so some lucky bidder COULD get a bargain if they stayed at around 32 for all the issues...though I doubt it! :-D

Yes - I only have one Mystery and Suspense magazine - issue 8 I think - and it cost me £7 - so I guess they are all quite high in price if they ever show up!

I think this might be the seller who had the copy for £100 trying a different approach:

Much better price! It is in very good condition, usually the first issue of a magazine ends up far tattier than the others even if the same care is taken with them :P

Thanks IceMaiden! I'm 'watching' it - but I'm sure it will go way above my price-range before the six days are up! :-) If not, I'll give it a try!
