It' is..just a large bit missing off top of spine , but luckily none of title missing. You don't see many with dustwrappers around, and the few I've seen lately have cost more and been far worse than this one

My goodness that is in nice condition! Most Spiggy Holes wrappers I've seen are pretty tatty and torn and they cost more than that one did! I think you got a bargain Patrick :D .

Thank you again for pointing it out . It has a bit missing on front of dust wrapper . And a bigger chunk off top of spine . But title on spine is there . I did a few repairs and popped it into a Brodart cover ..looks bright and as you say you don't see many online with wrappers, let alone decent ones

Yiu don't see many of the series with dustwrapper at all . I love the one on Moon Castle

Yes - I love the one on Moon Castle too - and it has the bonus of being the only book in the series with full-colour end papers.

I have Moon Castle, Kilimooin and Mountain all with very good dust wrappers...just need Spiggy Holes and Island (which I think is pretty difficult not to mention expensive!)

I had to be patient hunting down Moon Castle, but if memory serves it cost £12 for a great version 1st edition.

Same here! Mine cost about the same. 8) Its probably the most common of the Secret Series, but still pretty hard to find!

Mine was £13.19 from eBay seller 'alexthefatdawg' - who sometimes has some very good Enid Blyton books for sale. Just recently I've also bought 'The Bright Story Book' from him for £9.37 in a very good wrapper. :-)
